WHAT TO BRING:
(Please print this and use it for your check list.)

Your dog’s transition here will be smoother if you bring some of the following items:

  • *Bedding
  • *Optional: Cloth article that smells of you.
  • Toys (anything except rawhide and real bones).
*Bedding and Cloth may be one in the same. These items should be able to fit into a crate large enough for your dog.
  • Buckle Collar with I.D. tags.
  • No choke chains or harnesses please! (Call “Pawsitive Image Pet Grooming” 909-949-4988 if you need a quick I.D. tag or go to Wal-Mart).
  • Shot record:
If you have a young dog, they need not be completed with the series, they simply need to be current.
  • DHLPP-C
  • Bordatella
  • Rabies
We can provide this product/service for $10.00 per dose.
For maximum protection, it is best to have your pet vaccinated at least 1 week prior to their stay. Dr. Levovic of "Home Vet" can give all shots here at Singleton's for $ 79.00.
  • Medication (when necessary).
  • Exact instructions written on the bottle(s) of how to administer.
  • Names and phone numbers of two individuals who can make decisions for you.
  • If you’re going out of town, the phone number(s) where we can reach you along with the time zone / time difference you will be in.
  • Dog's birthdate if known.

  • Dog's weight if known

  • If lisenced, tatooed, or chipped, please bring those numbers.

  • The fax number you'd like your dog's report cards sent to. (or we can 'snail-mail') to your home.)

  • Your calendar to book your:
  • 2-Hour handling lesson
  • 4-Hour graduation
  • The number of measuring cups of food your dog eats per day.

  • Your credit card number and expiration date to be put onto the "Authorization to obtain vet care" or veternary account number (instead of credt card if you've set this up in advance.)

  • Hospital / Veternarian name and phone number.
  • Your driver's lisence number.
  • Your preferred method of payment for the tuition deposit.


We are very proud of the fact that we do not have fleas or ticks here! April 1st - October 31st we administer "Frontline" or another flea and tick rub-into-the-skin medication.

If you'd like to provide and administer it yourself, you are more than welcometo or we can provide this product and service for $10.00 per month (Application)

* If you can get your order on these items your dog will be thankful. We will try to return all of these items to you – However, it will be unlikely that they will resemble anything near what you left off! Please do not be disappointed if some items do not make it back home.

What not to bring:

1) food, 2) food bowls, 3) leash (Be sure to take your leash back home with you.)
